Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Facility Type: Hospital
• Shift Type: Other
• Days: Tuesday to Saturday (Tuesday-Thursday off, Friday-Saturday in)
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (split inpatient/outpatient)
• Shared housing available - no pets or guests
• Current flu vaccine required
• Car required
