Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure prior to assignment start.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC if required by the client.
• Minimum relevant clinical experience as specified by client; experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
• Experience with common outpatient modalities and therapeutic exercise, including manual therapy techniques and functional progression planning.
• Ability to perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document according to facility standards and state regulations.
• Reliable transportation for local travel between clinic sites if required by the client.
• Client preference: prior outpatient clinic experience and proficiency with electronic medical records are preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Location: Estero, FL.
• Number of Openings: 2 Physical Therapists. One needed for an ASAP start and one for a May 1st start.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other clinic locations within the region as requested by the client.
