Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Facility Type: Outpatient
• Shift: Days
• Monday to Thursday: 8 AM - 6 PM, Friday: 8 AM - 12 PM
• Team-oriented environment with support from techs
