Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in outpatient settings is preferred.
• Experience with mixed patient populations, including orthopedic and advanced specialties such as pelvic health or neuro, is ideal.
