Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
• Active Colorado State Physical Therapy License required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred, including evaluations and follow-up treatments using 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups.
• Experience documenting in electronic medical records, writing goals, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry preferred.
• Ability to evaluate assigned patients, develop and modify treatment plans, and delegate/direct discipline-specific therapy services.
• Willingness to participate in student supervision and professional development activities preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient
• Shift Pattern: 5x8
• Duration: 13 Week assignment with client expressing desire for a longer 6-month engagement.
• Expected caseload structure: 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups.
• Start Date: position anticipated to begin in May (exact start date provided by recruiter).
