Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Experience with therapeutic exercise, gait training, and modalities preferred.
