Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy required, including evaluation and development of individualized treatment plans.
• Experience with 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry per clinic and payer requirements.
• Familiarity with outpatient clinic workflows, safe patient handling practices, and clinic-based productivity expectations preferred.
• Willingness to participate in student supervision and contribute to professional development activities preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Assignment Duration: 13 week assignment with client interest in longer engagement.
• Patient Visit Structure: 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits.
