Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
• Shift: Days
• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility for Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
