Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.

• Shift: Days
• Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8 hours
• Flex schedule available and required when needed.
• New grads okay if SNF clinical experience.
• Candidate may be required to float to other facilities.
