Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active New Jersey state COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Demonstrated competence with ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and patient documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to follow OT treatment plans established by a supervising Occupational Therapist.

• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift: Days.
• Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5x8.
• Assignment length: 13 weeks.
