Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient experience is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant outpatient experience for Level 2 PTs

• 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours
