Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA or equivalent accrediting body.
• Current, active, and unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapist license required prior to start.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification from AHA or ARC.
• Home Health experience preferred. Experience providing in-home evaluations, treatment planning, and home environment assessments is preferred.
• Familiarity with documentation systems and basic computer skills, including email and electronic charting.
• Ability to supervise and evaluate PTAs and Home Health Aides as assigned.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and required agency liability insurance for home visits.
• Two to three years of clinical physical therapy experience preferred.
