Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy required, including evaluation and development of individualized treatment plans.
- Ability to perform 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions as part of routine scheduling.
- Documentation competency, including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessment, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Experience supervising and delegating to therapy aides or assistants and participating in student clinical education preferred.
- Maintain professional licensure in good standing and complete state-mandated continuing education requirements.

- Caseload: Evaluations at 60 minutes with follow-up visits at 30 minutes.
