Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida state PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Experience working in outpatient settings preferred.
• Client requires ability to follow a split schedule across outpatient locations as assigned.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload including orthopedic and post-operative patients preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient.
• Shift Details: 5 days per week.
• Split schedule required: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00–16:00 at one location; Tuesday and Thursday 9:00–18:00 at an alternate location.
