Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Alabama Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Current valid driver’s license, proof of vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle for patient travel in a home health setting.
• Experience working in Home Health settings preferred. Experience with patient evaluations, home safety assessments, mobility and gait training, and functional independence interventions preferred.
