Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
• Active Colorado state PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required. Must be competent with evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions common to outpatient settings.
• Experience performing 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits, or willingness to work in this visit cadence. (Preferred)
• Experience with electronic medical records, documentation of goals, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
• Ability to delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services and to participate in student supervision when assigned. (Preferred)
• Maintain professional licensure in good standing and complete state-mandated continuing education.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Duration: 13-week assignment with possibility of extended contract as client prefers longer terms.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Clinical expectations: 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions.
• May be asked to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
