Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in Home Health or Skilled Nursing
• Experience with dysphagia, aphasia, and cognitive treatment

• Floating: May float within branch or sister branch if availability allows
