Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 37 hours/week; evening coverage until 7–8 PM.
• Patient Volume: 10–13 patients per day; 1:1 care.
