Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active state Physical Therapist license in Arizona or ability to obtain prior to start of assignment.
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC, if required by the clinic.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred. Candidate must be comfortable evaluating and treating orthopedic diagnoses, developing and implementing treatment plans, and writing functional goals.
- Demonstrated ability to complete timely and compliant documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry using electronic medical records.
- Experience supervising or mentoring students and directing discipline-specific therapy services preferred.
- Must maintain professional licensure and meet state continuing education requirements. Adherence to applicable State Practice Act required.
