Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Arizona state license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to assignment start.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy required.
- Competence with comprehensive patient evaluation, goal writing, functional treatment planning, and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Experience with documentation of letters of medical necessity and charge entry preferred.
- Ability to supervise and delegate to support staff and to participate in student experiential programs preferred.
- Adherence to applicable State Practice Act, maintenance of professional licensure, and completion of required continuing education.
