Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Arizona physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience required. Evaluations and treatment planning experience with orthopedic patient populations required.
• Experience with documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with payer and clinic requirements.
• Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy aides and students. Experience participating in student clinical education preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient and employee safety, including safe patient handling and infection control practices.
• Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education. Adhere to state Practice Act and professional code of conduct.
