Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Arizona PT license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred.
  • Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and complete timely documentation including goal writing and letters of medical necessity.
  • Familiarity with functional treatment program design and safe patient handling techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise or delegate discipline-specific therapy services and participate in student education is preferred.
  • Maintain professional licensure and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements.

  • Duration: 13 week assignment.
  • Patient Population: Orthopedic outpatient caseload.
