Description
Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Kentucky Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience in acute or long-term acute care settings preferred.
- Experience performing comprehensive OT evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and documenting in accordance with facility policy.
- Experience supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and/or OT students preferred.
- Ability to participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning.

Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Long Term Acute Care Hospital.
- Shift: Day (5x8).
- Duration: 13 week assignment.
- Number of Open Positions: Multiple positions available.
- Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment planning, documentation, supervision of COTAs, participation in discharge planning, and adherence to facility safety protocols.
