Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Some SNF experience required; we do not have the capacity to supervise new grads at the moment

• Patient Population/Caseload: SNF, caseload of up to 40/week
