Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in outpatient and inpatient settings preferred.

• Facility Type: Hospital (outpatient and inpatient/OP and IP)
• Outpatient services is 1:1 care no double bookings
• Shift Name: Days- open to 4 x 10s or 5 x8s
