Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapy license required to begin assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in outpatient settings is required. Experience treating musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions is preferred.
• Patient documentation experience using electronic medical records required. Specific EMR experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and supervise PTA or aides when applicable.
