Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least one year of SNF experience required
• Experience with Net Health is required

Assignment Details

• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
• Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8 hours
• Flex schedule available and required when needed
• Telehealth experience is a plus
