Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics or outpatient settings preferred.
- Ability to perform 60-minute evaluations and provide 60-minute combined evaluation/treatment sessions per clinic protocol.
- Proficiency with clinical documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry using electronic health record systems.
- Experience supervising students or mentoring clinicians preferred.
- Commitment to patient and employee safety practices, including safe patient handling and infection control.

Evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document thoroughly and in a timely manner, and collaborate with clinic staff to support quality and safety initiatives. Maintain licensure and comply with state practice acts. Participate in student supervision and professional development activities as assigned.
