Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arizona State PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred.
• Proven ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and document care according to payer and clinic guidelines.
• Experience with electronic medical record documentation and charge entry preferred.
• Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and provide student supervision as needed preferred.

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Typical Work Days: Monday through Friday.
• Typical Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Patient Focus: Orthopedic physical therapy evaluations and treatments.
