Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Texas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Home Health experience required, preferably geriatric home health setting.
  • Experience with home health EMR systems. Experience with HCHB is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation with expected mileage approximately 250 miles per week.
  • Ability to cover territory including Tyler, Longview, and Marshall. Floating to other nearby locations may be required.
  • Weekend rotation: No. On call: No.

  • Shift Schedule: 5 days per week.
  • Caseload Focus: Geriatric home health patients.
  • Territory/Coverage Area: Tyler, Longview, Marshall.
