Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arizona State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred.
• Competence with comprehensive evaluations, goal writing, and outpatient documentation formats, including letters of medical necessity and charge entry, preferred.
• Ability to supervise and mentor students and direct discipline-specific therapy services preferred.
