Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active West Virginia physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in Home Health settings preferred.
  • Candidate must be able to perform home visits and manage a caseload independently.
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required for travel between patient homes.
  • Telehealth experience and documentation proficiency in electronic medical records are preferred.
