Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college/university.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Successful completion of the National Registry Examination.
• Valid BLS certification.

• Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Floating to other facilities may be required.
