Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License in Ohio is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant clinical setting
