Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum 1 recently outpatient travel assignment or experienced outpatient PT’s

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient
• Treat up to 12 patients per day, with a possibility of 13
• Training required for TherapEBridge/NetHealth, with 8 hours of unpaid time for training
