Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Arkansas State PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience with restorative care programs and ADL training preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans established by a licensed Physical Therapist.
