Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active New York State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
  • Experience with common outpatient modalities and documentation systems preferred.
