Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Louisiana state license or license eligible to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Client requires experience with geriatric patient populations and restorative nursing programs preferred.
• Ability to follow plans of care established by a supervising Physical Therapist.
