Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active MA PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience assisting with mobility training, transfers, therapeutic exercise, and ambulation for older adults preferred.
• Ability to follow established treatment plans and document progress in the medical record.
