Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Massachusetts PTA license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience with mobility training, therapeutic exercises, and restorative care preferred.
• Client requires ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and follow established care plans.
