Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active North Carolina state PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Prior experience with geriatric populations, restorative nursing programs, and documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred.
• Client requires ability to comply with facility-specific screening and onboarding processes.
