Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings preferred.
• Client requirement: ability to perform resident evaluations, develop skilled treatment plans, and document per facility and payer standards.
• Client requirement: proficiency with documentation systems and electronic medical records used in skilled nursing environments preferred.

• Shift days: Monday through Friday.
• Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
