Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active North Carolina Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings preferred.
- Client requirement: ability to perform resident evaluations, develop skilled treatment plans, and document per facility and payer standards.
- Client requirement: proficiency with documentation systems and electronic medical records used in skilled nursing environments preferred.

- Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift days: Monday through Friday.
- Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
