Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active NC Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS credential from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with geriatric populations and post-acute care interventions preferred.
  • Documentation proficiency with electronic medical records preferred.
