Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Missouri state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs, Medicare documentation, and common SNF billing practices preferred.
• Ability to work with geriatric populations and common comorbidities in post-acute care preferred.
