Description
We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at an outpatient facility in New York, NY. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life. Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active New York State COTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting preferred.
- Client requires proficiency with common outpatient documentation systems and electronic medical records. (Preferred)
- Ability to follow supervised treatment plans and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
