Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Indiana Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Minimum of one year of outpatient experience as a licensed clinician is required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Ability to document accurately in electronic medical records commonly used in outpatient settings.
• Ability to work with a varied caseload including orthopedic and post-operative patients.
• Preferred: experience with manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise progression, and patient education in an outpatient setting.
