Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Kentucky physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
• Prior outpatient experience as a licensed clinician required.
• Ability to provide documentation of professional licensure and certifications prior to start.
• Preferred: Experience with outpatient modalities, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education.
