Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Experience in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy. This position is orthopedic focused and requires competence with evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience in outpatient or orthopedic settings preferred.
• BLS Certification through AHA or ARC may be required by the client.
• Ability to perform typical outpatient PT duties including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, functional mobility training, and documentation using electronic medical records.
• Client-specific requirement: must be able to work Monday through Friday, full-time (40 hours per week).
• Preferred: experience with orthopedic modalities and common outpatient equipment such as therapeutic modalities, exercise equipment, and manual therapy techniques.
