Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required. 40 hours per week experience in outpatient or rehab services preferred.
• Experience with outpatient evaluation and therapeutic interventions for musculoskeletal and post-operative populations preferred.
• Client requires current flu vaccine prior to start.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car required for this assignment.
• Shared housing available; candidate must adhere to provider housing rules (no pets or guests) when using housing.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital (Outpatient - Rehab Services).
• Shift: Other. 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Start: Assignment start in mid-May. 13-week assignment.
• Shared housing option available; no pets or guests allowed in provided housing.
• Candidate must have reliable personal vehicle for commuting and job-related travel.
