Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient experience required. Experience treating orthopedic conditions, post-operative patients, and musculoskeletal injuries preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Current immunizations and ability to pass facility-specific health screenings as required.
